Description

Join a team building and evolving scalable backend services for digital postal products. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design microservices, improve performance and security, and raise engineering standards through Code Review and mentoring using TDD and Clean Code. You’ll also collaborate with architects and product teams on technical requirements and system direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services in a microservices architecture.

• Optimize performance of existing systems and ensure security and data integrity.

• Lead Code Review and mentor junior engineers; promote best practices such as Clean Code, TDD, and DDD.

• Work with architects and the product team to define technical requirements and the roadmap direction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial backend development with Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience in designing microservices and deep knowledge of design and integration patterns.

• Practical experience with Apache Kafka; system integration experience with REST and SOAP.

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including ORM mapping (Hibernate, mongodb-driver-core).

• CI/CD and DevSecOps tools: Maven or Gradle, Nexus, GitLab; strong Git skills.

• Experience implementing secure authorization using OAuth.

• Ability to document APIs with Swagger.

• Knowledge of Object Storage S3.

• Independent problem-solving and a habit of writing automated tests.

• English at least B1 for working with technical documentation.
