Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend applications. Create and manage PostgreSQL databases and build frontend apps using TypeScript with React/Angular, Material Design, and Apollo. Write end-to-end tests and own CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployments in a you-build-it-you-run-it model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend applications
• Create and manage databases using PostgreSQL
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and Apollo
• Write end-to-end tests using Cypress/Playwright
• Manage code repositories using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Deploy applications to AWS
• Work in a “you-build-it-you-run-it” mentality
• Support sustainable, efficient solutions to reduce carbon footprint in gas and oil
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams; travel as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong understanding of Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Data, GraphQL, TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and PostgreSQL
• End-to-end testing experience with Cypress
• Experience with code repositories such as Bitbucket and GitHub Actions
• Experience with pipeline tools such as CircleCI and GitHub Actions
• AWS deployment experience
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence
• Familiarity with IntelliJ and Visual Studio
• Interest in sustainable solutions for reducing carbon footprint in gas and oil
