Description

You will be responsible for the quality of your code, overall architecture, and complete delivery of production solutions in an agile team—covering development, code review, and maintenance (not just AI-assisted generation). The role spans backend development with Java/Kotlin and frontend development with React, applying HLD, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). You will also integrate modern AI tools and practices, writing robust automated tests using TDD and validating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions (backend Java/Kotlin and frontend React)

• Use HLD, Clean Architecture, and DDD principles

• Apply AI-native approaches (Specification-Driven Development, AI Development Lifecycle/ADLC) and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex)

• Write and manage automated tests following TDD, including evaluating and validating AI-assisted code

• Work with PostgreSQL and contribute to DevOps aspects using GitHub workflows within an end-to-end Scrum delivery model

Requirements

• Medior+ experience as a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer

• Backend: Java and/or Kotlin

• Frontend: React

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows

• Ability to independently write, debug, and review complex code

• Strong software architecture knowledge

• Experience with PostgreSQL, GitHub, and DevOps principles

• Strong communication and proactive teamwork skills in cross-functional agile collaboration

• Excellent Czech or Slovak; at least technical English
