Description

Join a team building a fiat-to-crypto onramping platform and take ownership of core parts of it. You’ll design and build robust backend services and APIs, maintain performant React frontend interfaces, and collaborate with product from discovery through delivery. You’re expected to be genuinely capable across the stack and comfortable context-switching between frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js and TypeScript

• Develop and maintain React-based frontend interfaces

• Shape features with product from discovery through delivery (not just build to spec)

• Own work end to end: scoping, building, shipping, and monitoring

• Write secure, well-tested, production-ready code for systems with real uptime requirements

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure

• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

• Help keep production reliable and observable; respond when issues occur

Requirements

• Strong, production-proven JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including real use of the type system

• Solid backend experience (Node.js preferred; Java/Go/Python acceptable)

• Solid frontend experience with real applications (React preferred; Vue/Angular acceptable)

• Hands-on production experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Working understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices

• Security-conscious approach to attack surfaces, data handling, and least-privilege access

• Ability to work with product teams and translate between technical constraints and business needs

• English proficiency at C1 level or above

• Polish proficiency at B2 level or above
