Description

Join the product team to deliver reliable, secure, high-quality software for a CMMS used by 700+ organizations. You’ll contribute to the React frontend rewrite and build features end to end—from REST APIs and PostgreSQL to the UI. Work closely with the Team Lead, Product Manager, and Product Designer, following strong testing and code-review practices with AI-assisted development support.

Responsibilities

Frontend development

• Build responsive, accessible, performant UIs in React and TypeScript
• Contribute to shared components and the design system

Backend development

• Build and extend backend features in .NET 10 and C# 14
• Design and develop consistent, secure, well-documented REST APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL structures and help optimize queries, indexes, and performance

Quality & testing

• Treat unit, integration, and end-to-end testing as core development work
• Participate in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code aligned with team standards

AI-assisted development

• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate coding and refactoring
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance

Delivery & collaboration

• Participate in product discovery, technical breakdown, and estimation
• Deliver reliably using GitHub and CI/CD; own features through production and support
• Collaborate with the team in Agile ceremonies; share knowledge with teammates

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial React development with strong TypeScript
• Working C# knowledge to contribute to an existing codebase
• Experience integrating and designing REST APIs
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong unit and integration testing practices
• Comfort with code reviews and providing useful feedback
• Ownership of features from design through production and support
• Practical AI-assisted development experience and critical assessment skills
• English B2+ for technical communication
• Polish B2+ because the team works in Polish internally
