Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable backend and integration solutions, build modern UI components in React, and collaborate across the full software lifecycle with Product Owners and stakeholders. The work focuses on code quality, reliability, and security aligned with DevSecOps standards, supported by agentic coding tools. You’ll tackle complex architectural and optimization challenges in business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions and integration API interfaces

• Develop frontend components and modern user interfaces in the React ecosystem

• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Ensure high code quality, reliability, and security according to DevSecOps standards

• Use agentic coding tools effectively while maintaining engineering best practices

• Resolve complex architectural and optimization challenges in business-critical systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical full-stack development experience

• Very good TypeScript skills and fluency in C# or Java

• Ability to build web applications using React (or readiness to adapt quickly to another frontend framework)

• Practical knowledge of Node.js and backend API integration

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD processes

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)

• Higher education in a technical field (CS/IT/math or related)

• Fluent English (spoken and written) and Polish at least communicative level

• Preferred: Python knowledge and data streaming concepts
