Description

Join a team working on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will design and deliver tailored CRM and Power Platform solutions, lead technical solution design decisions, and ensure scalability and quality. You will also work with clients on discovery and pre-sales, including technical estimations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions

• Define solution architecture, make technical decisions, and ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability

• Design and implement integrations with third-party and external systems

• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and propose technical approaches

• Participate in pre-sales: discovery, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders

• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and development best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization and development (C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom components)

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights

• Experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices

• Experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture

• Experience in pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation

• Ability to communicate directly with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions; able to make independent technical decisions

• Good English communication skills
