Description

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions for Business Partner master data (customers, suppliers, vendors, persons) across regional and international projects. Configure MDG core functionality (MDQ, MDC, BRF+) and build/troubleshoot integrations connecting the ECO system to the MDG Business Partner Hub. Provide production support, testing support, and user training with English documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4 MDG solutions for Business Partner master data

• Configure and maintain MDG core functionality: MDQ (quality rules/validation), MDC (duplicate detection/consolidation), BRF+ (business rules)

• Build and troubleshoot integrations via APIs, web services, OData, IDocs, SAP CPI, and SOA Manager

• Monitor and manage production systems (SAP Solution Manager); handle support tickets in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs

• Assess data quality, perform reconciliation validation, and conduct root-cause analysis

• Deliver user training and comprehensive technical documentation in English

• Support system testing including regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP S/4 MDG Business Partner

• Proven expertise in MDG modules: MDQ, MDC, BRF+

• Strong integration technology knowledge: web services, REST/SOAP APIs, OData, SAP CPI, SOA Manager, IDocs

• ABAP familiarity for debugging and understanding integration modules

• SQL and database knowledge (data modeling and transaction processing)

• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (system monitoring, quality gates)

• Knowledge of MDG change request workflows and data governance principles

• Authorization management experience in MDG environments

• Understanding of SAPUI5/Fiori for custom MDG workflows

• Experience with multi-landscape system environments

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics / master data quality reporting

• SAP MDG or S/4HANA certification (SAP MDG / S/4 HANA certification)

• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2)

• Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style with analytical and conceptual mindset

• Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year)

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business, Business Administration, or related field
