Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP SD/OTC delivery and development work: analyze advanced business processes, design solutions in SAP, and provide technology consulting. As a leading OTC consultant in large international S/4HANA rollouts/transformational projects, you will support customers during go-live, run presentations and trainings, and help evolve dedicated solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead key activities in implementation and development projects in the SAP SD module
• Act as a lead consultant for OTC in major international S/4HANA transformations
• Design and implement advanced solutions in SAP
• Advise on technology and analyze/optimize customer business processes
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
• Support growth in modern technologies (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end SAP SD implementation project experience for external clients
• At least 2 projects in a lead consultant role in the OTC area
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SD business processes and SAP system configuration
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum C1) for written and spoken communication
• Higher education (preferred: economics, technical, or logistics)
• Experience working with international customers
• Self-driven and accountable for work quality and client relationships
• Ability to work with teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Availability for business travel (10–20% of time)
• Valid driving license category B
