Description

Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to deliver data and reporting that measures AI adoption and business value. Develop data transformations, data models, and semantic models, and create Power BI reports with DAX measures and business KPIs. Help enable conversational access to data using Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot, or custom LLM-based solutions and ensure AI answers are accurate through test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric data pipelines integrating multiple data sources

• Develop data transformations, data models, and semantic models for reporting and analytics

• Create and maintain Power BI reports with DAX measures and business KPIs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and measure AI adoption and business value

• Support conversational data access solutions using Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot, or custom LLM-based solutions

• Validate reliability of AI-generated answers by designing test scenarios and defining scope of supported queries

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and notebooks

• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and semantic models

• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with Python and/or PySpark

• Experience integrating data from APIs, files, databases, and SaaS platforms

• Knowledge of or strong interest in GenAI solutions for data analytics (text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric Data Agents, or Power BI Copilot)

• Understanding of prompt engineering and approaches to evaluating LLM output quality

• Strong communication skills and ability to clarify ambiguous business requirements independently

• Fluent English and confidence working with US-based stakeholders
