Description

Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and develop reporting assets in Power BI to measure AI adoption and business value. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and track KPIs, and extend solutions toward conversational data access using Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot, or custom LLM-based approaches. Validate AI-generated answers by designing test scenarios and defining the supported query scope.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric data pipelines integrating multiple data sources

• Develop data transformations, data models, and semantic models for analytics reporting

• Create and maintain Power BI reports with DAX measures and business KPIs

• Work with stakeholders to define and measure AI adoption and business value

• Contribute to conversational data access solutions using Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot, or custom LLM solutions

• Validate accuracy/reliability of AI answers via test scenarios and supported-query scope

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks)

• Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, semantic models)

• Knowledge of SQL and experience with Python and/or PySpark

• Experience integrating data from APIs, files, databases, and SaaS platforms

• Knowledge or strong interest in GenAI for data analytics (text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric Data Agents, Power BI Copilot)

• Prompt engineering and LLM output quality evaluation

• Strong communication and ability to clarify ambiguous business requirements independently

• Fluent English and confidence working directly with US-based stakeholders
