Description

You will design the target concept for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and define the roadmap for its rollout. The work includes organizing and connecting customer data from multiple sources such as e-commerce environments, Synerise, BigQuery, and real-time data systems. You will also shape an architecture that enables AI solutions (including an AI agent supporting business processes).

Responsibilities

• Assess the current data and integration environment and identify key areas for cleanup and development

• Define how customer data is organized and design a coherent CDP model

• Specify how customer-related events are recorded and transmitted

• Plan collaboration between CDP, Synerise, and source systems

• Design the data exchange architecture covering both traditional integrations and real-time scenarios

• Prepare an API and AI agent data-access concept, considering security, performance, and scalability

• Convert the target architecture into a practical delivery plan (MVP, next phases, priorities)

• Identify risks, dependencies, and missing competencies needed for execution

• Consult and support technical teams through concept-to-implementation

• Ensure alignment across Business, e-commerce, AI, Data, and IT teams

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a Data/solution architecture or CDP-related role

• Practical experience with CDP projects

• Experience with large data volumes and complex system landscapes (retail preferred)

• Knowledge of Synerise and BigQuery and their usage in the data ecosystem

• Experience designing integrations and real-time data usage

• Practical knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integration architecture

• Understanding of security, performance, and scalability

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data, AI, and IT teams

• Ability to translate business needs into target architecture, priorities, and roadmap

• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to audiences with different technical backgrounds
