Description

You will design a Master Data Management (MDM) solution and lead the team building an MVP that enables a shared view of customer and product data sourced from systems such as CRM and ERP. The solution will use record matching, data standardization, and data steward verification. You will also define the target MDM architecture and a plan for scaling the solution.

Responsibilities

• Design the MDM MVP solution and data model, including identifiers, matching rules, and survivorship logic

• Develop the target MDM architecture and a scaling plan, covering conceptual, logical, and solution views

• Technically lead MVP work and support developers with data integration, standardization, matching, crosswalks, and building shared data views

• Collaborate with client architects, platform and data owners, and data stewards

• Run recurring architecture sessions and technical reviews

• Translate data steward decisions into concrete MDM rules

• Document limitations and prepare handover materials (code, rules, operating logic, recommended next steps)

• Coordinate with international project teams and support solution handover

Requirements

• Practical experience delivering at least one complete MDM implementation as an architect or technical lead

• Strong knowledge of matching, survivorship, data hierarchies, crosswalks, and data stewardship processes

• Experience working with MDM tools (Profisee preferred; Informatica MDM or similar is useful)

• Strong SQL knowledge

• Data architecture design skills and ability to lead a technical project team

• Excellent communication in Polish and English

• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
