Description

Lead the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise SAP-based digital commerce architecture across multiple global markets. Work hands-on with SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, composable storefronts, and customer-data/marketing integration components to ensure a stable, scalable, future-ready platform. Support new market rollouts and modernization through integration, performance, and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to enhance and scale the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Define and govern platform architecture across global markets.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, and composable storefront technologies.
• Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and security improvements across the commerce platform.
• Enable new market rollouts with efficient platform deployment and localization.
• Lead integration initiatives across SAP landscape components including SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C.
• Design integrations for customer data management, marketing automation, and business intelligence.
• Improve existing functionality while ensuring compatibility with future requirements.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
• Support business-critical operations and ensure stability/availability of customer-facing digital solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for future platform modernization and expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience scaling enterprise digital commerce platforms in complex multi-market environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and related components.
• Hands-on experience with SmartEdit and composable storefront architectures.
• Solid understanding of SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations and API-based architectures.
• Ability to define and maintain scalable, high-performance, secure application architectures.
• Experience supporting global rollouts and international market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of customer data management, personalization, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Ability to combine strategic architecture thinking with hands-on technical execution.
• Experience in cross-functional, international, agile delivery environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to long-term collaboration and continuous platform evolution.
