Description

You will join a team of experienced Product Owners and Analysts supporting Personal Banking customer accounts and deposits. In this role, you will clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements and work with implementation teams to deliver software according to SAFe Agile practices. You’ll also analyze business needs and apply data modeling and SQL to enable clear and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements

• Drive change initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Strengthen robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area

• Deliver according to scope, quality, and timelines

• Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners

• Provide guidance to maximize customer value within your area

• Contribute to innovative and modernized application solutions

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills

• Good experience with business knowledge and banking

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Hands-on experience with Confluence

• Fluency in English
