Role: Junior IT Analyst (Deposits domain)

Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office), full-time (40h/week)

Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw

Rate: up to 80 PLN/h (B2B)

Description

You’ll join the Deposits domain responsible for Personal Banking customer accounts and deposits in N-core, a core banking platform based on Temenos Transact. You’ll collaborate with experienced Product Owners and Analysts, as well as implementation teams, following SAFe Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements; drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Analyze systems and apply business and data modelling to support clear, effective solutions
• Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area to keep production reliable, scalable, and up to date
• Deliver according to scope, organizational standards, quality, and timelines
• Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners
• Provide guidance through facilitation, coaching, and review to maximize customer value in your area
• Contribute to solutions that innovate, simplify, and modernize the application portfolio
• Keep up with the latest developments and best practices

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills
• Business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and understanding of complex system architecture and system communication
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Business knowledge of banking
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Self-organized and proactive; able to plan work independently
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking systems
