Description

Analyze and define business requirements with business teams, then decompose them into actionable tasks. Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders by writing user stories and use cases, performing pre-implementation analyses, and documenting project work. Model business processes and system/data behavior using BPMN 2.0 and UML.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements with business teams and decompose them into tasks

• Work with delivery teams and stakeholders, including writing user stories and use cases

• Deliver tasks in project teams within Agile/Scrum

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses

• Document project work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (licencjat/inżynier) degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business systems analysis

• English at least B1

• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence

• Business process and system/data modeling knowledge, including BPMN 2.0 and UML (sequence, activity, use case, class diagrams), flow diagrams, and system context

• General knowledge of databases, including relational model
