Description

You will identify customer needs for product development and convert them into actionable tasks for product teams. The role includes defining priorities, planning and monitoring team work, supporting delivery, and establishing product completion criteria. You’ll also collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs related to product development
• Translate customer requirements into tasks for product teams
• Define and set priorities for work delivered by product teams
• Plan and monitor product team work
• Support product teams in delivering assigned tasks
• Define, develop, and adhere to product completion criteria
• Coordinate with Project Managers on project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience creating and developing IT products
• Proactive approach
• Independence and responsibility
• Clear communication of concepts
• Very good work organization
• Teamwork skills
• Skilled change management
• Ability to present solutions
• Openness and creativity in shaping product development directions
• Nice to have: Experience with agile methodologies
