Description

We are looking for an AI Analyst with at least 4 years of commercial experience to build and deploy AI/GenAI solutions that support business processes. You will use Python, Azure Databricks, and large datasets—designing language-model-based solutions, developing LLMOps pipelines, building knowledge bases, and automating processes. You’ll work with business stakeholders to translate their needs into practical AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions supporting business processes

• Create data-driven solutions processing large volumes of data in Azure Databricks, with special use of available GenAI tools

• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines and experiment with new Databricks ecosystem features

• Prepare analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for the business

• Support data teams in establishing AI best practices and a data-driven culture

• Collaborate with business teams on AI-based implementations and automation of business processes

Requirements

• Fluent use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar

• Ability to implement AI solutions in operational processes and identify cases where process optimization is better than using AI

• Very good Python knowledge and ML/AI frameworks

• Experience working with large datasets, including unstructured data

• Ability to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions

• Knowledge of building end-user solutions using generative AI and language models (testing, harness, alignment)

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects—from problem analysis to deployment

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way

• Practical knowledge of building, structuring, and using knowledge bases

• Practical ability to define skills and MCP
