Description

Build and deploy AI and GenAI solutions that support banking business processes and enable practical AI adoption in day-to-day operations. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data in an Azure Databricks environment, and design LLMOps pipelines and experiments across the Databricks ecosystem. Provide analyses, prototypes, and recommendations to business stakeholders while helping shape a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions supporting business processes
• Create data-driven solutions processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data using Azure Databricks
• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines and experiment with new capabilities across the Databricks ecosystem
• Prepare analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for business stakeholders
• Support data teams in developing AI best practices and building a data-driven culture
• Collaborate with business teams to implement AI-based solutions and business process automation
• Assess when process change is a better solution than applying AI and advise stakeholders accordingly

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI, data, or a related field
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar solutions
• Very good knowledge of Python and ML/AI frameworks
• Experience working with large data volumes, including unstructured data
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions, especially AI-based solutions
• Knowledge of building end-user solutions based on generative AI and language models, including testing, harness, and alignment
• End-to-end project experience from problem analysis through implementation and rollout
• Practical knowledge of building, structuring, and using knowledge bases, including defining skills and MCP
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Polish required; English communicative level
• Existing legal right to work in Europe
