Description

Senior Business/System Analyst role supporting IT project delivery by combining business and system analysis with practical Agile/Scrum experience and AI/GenAI technologies. You will translate business needs into concrete system solutions, create analytical documentation (use cases, User Stories, and data models), and prepare documentation for public procurement procedures in line with the Public Procurement Law (PZP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and system analyses for IT projects
• Identify, collect, and analyze business and system requirements
• Prepare analytical documentation, including use cases, User Stories, and data models
• Collaborate with project teams and business/technical stakeholders
• Participate in projects delivered using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Prepare documentation and support public procurement procedures, including those governed by PZP
• Analyze the potential application of AI and GenAI technologies in IT solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis and/or system analysis
• Worked on at least 2 IT projects in the role of Business or Systems Analyst within the last 3 years
• Confirmed, certificate-based knowledge of Agile and Scrum
• Ability to create business and system analyses including use cases, User Stories, and data models
• Experience preparing documentation and delivering public procurement procedures, including under PZP
• Practical knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies
