Description

Join a banking-industry initiative to build, develop, and implement AI and GenAI solutions that support business workflows. Work on data-driven solutions processing large volumes of data in Azure Databricks, and design/implement LLMOps pipelines while experimenting with Databricks ecosystem capabilities. Deliver analyses, prototypes, and recommendations, translating business needs into production-ready AI outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a banking project involving AI and GenAI solution development

• Build, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI features supporting business processes

• Process large-scale (including unstructured) datasets using Azure Databricks

• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines; experiment with Databricks ecosystem functionality

• Prepare analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for business areas

• Support data teams in building AI best practices and a data-driven culture

• Collaborate with business teams to implement AI-based solutions and process automation

Requirements

• STEM (technical) higher education degree

• Fluent knowledge of AI tools supporting software development and data analysis (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Genie Code or similar)

• Experience identifying AI applications in business processes and evaluating when process optimization is more effective than AI

• Very good knowledge of Python and ML/AI frameworks

• Experience working with large datasets, including unstructured data

• Ability to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions

• Experience designing and implementing end-user Generative AI / language-model solutions (tests, harness, alignment)

• Experience running end-to-end projects from problem analysis to production deployment

• Ability to present complex technical topics in a simple, understandable way

• Practical knowledge of building, structuring, and using knowledge bases

• Practical experience defining Skills and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
