• Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week office in Warsaw, 2 days remote), start ASAP

Description

You will develop a modern AI application with both frontend and backend, including building and orchestrating AI agents in a production-oriented setting. The work integrates AI agents and LLM capabilities into business automation and user-support workflows.

You will also build pipelines for extracting data from documents and connect the app to existing systems and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Build applications with React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI

• Integrate and orchestrate AI agents inside the application

• Use LangGraph/LangChain to manage agent workflows

• Develop LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering and context engineering

• Implement automated data extraction from documents

• Integrate with existing systems and data sources

• Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Use containers and CI/CD processes

• Collaborate on AI Governance-related solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Data Science/AI, including at least 1 year on production-deployed implementations

• Practical knowledge of Python and FastAPI

• Experience with React/Next.js

• Familiarity with Azure AI services and storage

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context engineering

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL

• Practical experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

• Experience with AI/ML solutions running in production

• Knowledge of AI Governance / AI Act

• Ability to work from Poland
