Description

You will join an AI Automation function where teams propose processes to automate. You turn requests from early conversations into working tools people use, and become the go-to person for AI tools and safe usage.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand how they operate and identify time-consuming steps

• Align with process owners on what to automate and define what good output looks like

• Gather real examples and build a test set before building anything

• Build automation (AI-assisted or rule-based, depending on the problem)

• Hand over deliverables with short documentation and support teams after go-live

• Support colleagues by answering questions about AI tools, prompts, and AI usage rules

Requirements

• Read third-party API documentation and independently establish a working connection (e.g., accounting, HR, courier systems)

• Know when not to use an LLM; implement rule-based scripts for mechanical steps

• Create test sets before go-live; extract data from documents such as contracts and invoices

• Read and understand code (Python, SQL, JSON); not required to be a full-time developer

• Use and build with Claude, Gemini, and coding agents daily

• Strong general tech and computer knowledge

• Understand risks: personal data and GDPR, security (keys/access/prompt injection), and confidently incorrect AI output

• Good English
