Description

You will design and build an advanced multi-agent AI system from scratch that automates the analysis and generates explanations of the business potential of leads using data from multiple sources. The work includes creating and orchestrating specialized agents across analytical stages, including data extraction/integration and SHAP-based interpretation. You’ll also collaborate on architectural decisions for agent orchestration using tools such as LangGraph or AWS Step Functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a multi-agent AI system (agentic AI) from the ground up

• Create and orchestrate agents responsible for different steps of the analytical process

• Automate extraction, processing, and integration of data from multiple external sources (e.g., demographic, firmographic, user behavior)

• Build agents that analyze SHAP values and generate business explanations and insights

• Support architectural decisions for agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, AWS Step Functions)

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience designing and building LLM-based solutions and agent architectures

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with HuggingFace and at least one of: LangChain or LlamaIndex

• Experience with REST APIs and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP), including AWS Bedrock

• Ability to work with documents: clean, classify, extract key data, and automate processing

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, model tuning, and model quality evaluation

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and integrating LLMs with vector knowledge bases

• Day-to-day proficiency in English (minimum B2)
