• Role: Senior AI/ML Developer (Agentic AI & LLM)

Description

Design, build, and deploy production-ready solutions based on Agentic AI and LLMs. You will build agent workflows with LangGraph and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and tools using MCP and A2A protocols. You will ensure reliability through LLM evaluation, monitoring/observability, and responsible AI safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions

• Build agent workflows with LangGraph

• Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, and enterprise systems using MCP and A2A

• Implement LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability solutions

• Implement AI security, content safety, and responsible AI mechanisms

• Integrate solutions with AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry

• Support production deployment, optimization, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions

• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and design patterns

• Experience with LLM evaluation methods, frameworks, and best practices

• Knowledge of AI monitoring and observability solutions such as LangSmith and Datadog

• Strong experience with at least one major AI-as-a-Service platform (preferably AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry)

• Practical knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Knowledge of REST API, WebSockets, and RPC design principles, plus documentation and integration best practices

• Advanced English proficiency

• Residency in Poland

Nice-to-have

• Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA)

• Experience working with OpenAI API and streaming interaction patterns

• Skills in technical documentation and architecture
