Description

Implement, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and network monitoring systems for client deployments. Collect alarms, logs, and metrics, build dashboards and reports with alerting rules, and automate integrations and workflows through scripts and APIs. Strong Linux and networking fundamentals are required—you don’t need to know every tool listed.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)

• Integrate data sources: alarms (SNMP Traps), logs (Syslog), metrics and flows (NetFlow/IPFIX)

• Create dashboards, reports, and alerting rules

• Write scripts and automate tasks (Python, Bash) and build API integrations (REST, SOAP, SQL)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networks, and monitoring systems

• Collaborate with clients on technical deployment activities

• Create technical documentation

Requirements

• Practical hands-on knowledge of Linux (administration, configuration, diagnostics)

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking

• Experience with at least one monitoring tool: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, InfluxDB, or similar

• Knowledge of monitoring protocols: SNMP (MIB/OID, Traps), Syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX

• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash

• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL

• Basic containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes) and Git

• English proficiency to work with technical documentation
