Description

Operate, maintain, and continuously improve an enterprise monitoring environment with Zabbix as the primary platform. Own monitoring operations including incident handling, configuration management, alert troubleshooting, and notification maintenance. Support onboarding of new environments and platform upgrades while maintaining integrations and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests related to the monitoring platform
• Maintain Zabbix configurations, monitoring objects, templates, discovery rules, triggers, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot monitoring alerts, configuration issues, and integrations
• Perform alert tuning, threshold adjustments, and notification maintenance
• Onboard new infrastructure, services, applications, and environments into monitoring
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and deployments of new monitoring components
• Maintain monitoring integrations and automation
• Create and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and documentation
• Support user, role, and permission management within monitoring platforms
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, database, and network teams
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and further development of the monitoring environment

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Zabbix
• Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring in enterprise environments
• Ability to troubleshoot monitoring-related issues and maintain monitoring configurations
• Experience handling incidents and service requests
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across technical teams
