Description

Join the IT team as an IT Infrastructure Expert and help build a modern infrastructure environment across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions. You will apply deep technical knowledge to design solutions, resolve complex problems, and define technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize IT infrastructure for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments, including standardization of multi-tenant setups

• Perform advanced administration and development for Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server

• Design and develop solutions for security and service continuity, including backup, retention, data restore, high availability, and disaster recovery

• Analyze and optimize existing solutions; recommend modernization, migration, or replacement paths and resolve complex infrastructure issues

• Participate in IT transformation projects by creating standards, technical documentation, and technology recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, advanced administration, solution design, or system architecture

• Practical experience working with multi-tenant environments

• Very good knowledge of Windows Server and key Microsoft infrastructure services

• Practical knowledge of Linux and experience with virtualization environments, specifically VMware or equivalent

• Knowledge of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent)

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid environments

• Experience with backup, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity

• Solid understanding of IT networking and infrastructure security

• Ability to run advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot complex technical problems

• Ability to prepare technology recommendations, standards, and technical documentation

• English skills enabling independent work with technical documentation and IT systems

• Availability to start immediately or within up to 1 month of notice
