Description

Join the IT & Digital Graduate Programme for a two-year journey with hands-on experience, real projects, and guidance from mentors. Across two rotations, you’ll build a foundation in core IT capabilities and develop business co-creation and stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll gain broad exposure across IT & Digital, helping shape the digital future of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two rotations across IT & Digital

• Support core IT & Digital capabilities (e.g., data-driven analysis, reporting improvements, implementing IT solutions)

• Strengthen reliability and security of systems

• Improve or digitize existing processes and contribute to technical projects

• Work with business stakeholders to shape technology solutions and explore automation opportunities

• Use data to support better decision-making and help introduce new digital solutions

Requirements

• Living in Poland

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field completed within two years before the programme starts in September 2027

• Strong interest in IT and motivation to learn and grow

• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving

• Curiosity about how technology and digital solutions create business value

• Comfortable communicating with others and active in a graduate community
