Description

You will join an international IT graduate program and rotate through IT business areas such as cloud computing, Data & AI, cyber security, software engineering, project management, IT consulting, digital platforms, and strategic technology development. The program combines hands-on learning, mentoring/buddy support, development camps, and customized training so you can build solutions and support decision-making. You will complete about six tailored placements with dedicated business support, including international rotations (e.g., Sweden, the UK, Romania).

Responsibilities

• Take on challenging responsibilities in complex IT projects
• Develop effective solutions and support decision-making processes
• Complete around six placements tailored to your development and target area with a dedicated business representative
• Complete at least one cross-functional placement and one international placement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science/AI, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar field with at least two years of relevant work experience; or a relevant Master’s degree
• Initial practical experience in an IT or corporate environment
• Fluency in English and at least B2-level German
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to contribute innovative ideas and take ownership of implementation
• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Optional/plus: technical knowledge in Data & AI, Cyber Security, or IT Consulting
