Description

The IT Graduate Programme is a two-year opportunity designed to kickstart your IT career after graduation. You’ll complete two rotations: first to build core IT & Digital capabilities, then to strengthen business co-creation and stakeholder engagement while shaping technology solutions with business teams. Across the programme, you’ll gain broad exposure to IT & Digital areas including data science, solutions consultancy, network consultancy, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Build core IT & Digital capabilities through hands-on work and real projects
• Depending on the rotation, work with data, reporting, digital process improvements, IT solution development, and system reliability/security
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues on technical projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Commercial, cross-functions) to shape technology solutions and explore automation

Requirements

• Live in Poland
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field completed within two years before the programme starts in September 2027
• Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow
• Analytical, structured approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Curiosity about how technology and digital solutions create business value
• Comfortable communicating and participating actively in the graduate community
