Description

You will complete a structured international graduate program with hands-on placements across multiple IT and technology areas, supported by mentoring and dedicated program support. The program includes development camps, customized training, and coaching while you contribute to complex projects and decision-making. You will complete at least one cross-functional placement and one international placement (e.g., Sweden, the UK, Romania).

Responsibilities

• Take on challenging responsibilities in complex projects across Cloud Computing, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Project Management, IT Consulting, Digital Platforms, and Strategic Technology Development
• Develop effective solutions and support decision-making processes
• Complete around six placements tailored to individual development and target area, with support from a dedicated business representative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science/AI, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar field, plus at least two years of relevant work experience; or a relevant Master’s degree
• Initial practical experience in an IT or corporate environment with a strong interest in IT, digital technologies, and technological innovation
• Technical knowledge in Data & AI, Cyber Security, or IT Consulting is a plus
• Fluent English and German at least at B2 level
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to contribute innovative ideas and take ownership of their implementation
• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn
