Description

You’ll join a 24-month International Graduate Program to get insight into the IT business and support digital transformation across multiple IT areas. The program combines tailored placements, mentoring, and structured training to build skills in areas such as Cloud Computing, Data & AI, Cyber Security, and Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take on challenging responsibilities in complex projects across domains including Cloud Computing, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Project Management, IT Consulting, Digital Platforms, and Strategic Technology Development

• Develop effective solutions and support decision-making processes

• Complete around six tailored placements with support from a dedicated business representative

• Complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement (e.g., Sweden, the UK, Romania)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science/AI, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or similar field, plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience; alternatively, a relevant Master’s degree

• Initial practical experience in an IT or corporate environment with an interest in IT, digital technologies, and innovation

• Technical knowledge in a relevant area such as Data & AI, Cyber Security, or IT Consulting (plus)

• Fluent English and at least B2-level German

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability

• Ability to contribute innovative ideas and take ownership

• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn
