Description

You will join an international IT graduate program as a trainee and work in complex projects that support Europe’s energy transition through digital solutions, data-driven processes, modern IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, and inhouse consulting.

You’ll develop solutions, support decision-making, and complete tailored placements across multiple technology and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Take on challenging responsibilities in projects spanning Cloud Computing, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Project Management, IT Consulting, Digital Platforms, and Strategic Technology Development
• Develop effective solutions and support decision-making processes
• Complete around six placements tailored to your development and target area, supported by a dedicated business representative
• Complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement (e.g., Sweden, the UK, Romania)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science/AI, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar field, with at least two years of relevant work experience; or a relevant Master’s degree
• Initial practical experience in an IT or corporate environment; strong interest in IT, digital technologies, and technological innovation
• Technical knowledge in Data & AI, Cyber Security, or IT Consulting is a plus
• Fluent English and at least B2-level German
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to contribute innovative ideas, take ownership of implementation, and deliver results
• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn
