Description

You will manage end-to-end invoicing for the group, including work across several foreign subsidiaries. You will process and issue invoices, handle delivery/storage of invoice documentation, prepare inputs for unpaid invoices, and maintain records of incoming invoices and payments. You will also manage documents related to subscriptions and card payments, and process cash receipts.

Responsibilities

• Process billing inputs for the group and multiple foreign subsidiaries
• Issue invoices and handle sending/storing invoice documents
• Prepare documentation for unpaid invoices from the system
• Coordinate billing topics with the sales team
• Communicate with foreign Country Managers (Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Germany)
• Record and process received invoices and their payments
• Manage and process documents from subscriptions and card payments
• Process cash receipt documents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance
• Experience with invoicing
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
• Basic working knowledge of English for communication
• Experience with an accounting system
• MS Excel proficiency
• Communication and organizational skills; willingness to collaborate in a team
