Description

You will support and improve legacy healthcare applications by handling support cases, performing troubleshooting and bug fixes, and implementing smaller system enhancements. The role also includes optimizing processes to ensure application stability and availability, as well as maintaining technical documentation and collaborating with internal IT teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and further develop existing legacy applications in healthcare
• Handle support cases in second-level support: error analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Implement smaller enhancements and adjustments within existing systems
• Optimize processes and ensure stability and availability of the applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Work with internal IT teams as well as external service providers and partner organizations
• Contribute to the continuous development of applications and processes

Requirements

• Multi-year practical experience in software development, preferably with enterprise or legacy systems
• Solid knowledge of MSSQL databases; Informix experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems, both administratively and in running applications
• DCPA framework knowledge is desirable
• Ability to independently learn complex topics and work solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high initiative
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
