Description

You will support Application Lifecycle Management for enterprise applications with a focus on SAP Basis and ECM. The role includes operating and improving systems—covering patches, upgrades, migrations, monitoring, and error analysis—to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation. You will also contribute to IT projects and support application services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Help with Application Lifecycle Management for corporate applications (SAP Basis and ECM)
• Participate in application operations, including patches, upgrades, and migrations
• Support monitoring, error analysis, and continuous enhancement of the application landscape
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operation of applications and databases in on-premise and cloud environments
• Work on IT projects and provide IT service support across the group

Requirements

• Completed IT degree (business informatics/applied computer science) or IT training with relevant practical experience
• Multi-year experience in technical support and further development of IT applications
• Very good German and good English skills (verbal and written)
• Solid SAP Basis administration knowledge; ideally ECM experience
• Willingness to travel
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Systematic, service- and goal-oriented working approach
