Description

You will support the IT team as a technical expert, designing, developing, and continuously improving modern software solutions for tourism-related use cases. Responsibilities include programming applications and interfaces, integrating systems, and ensuring stable and high-performance operation through diagnosis and fixes. You will work in an agile environment while collaborating with business departments and participating in resource and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and capture requirements in close collaboration with business departments

• Conceptualize, develop, and further develop modern software solutions

• Program applications and interfaces and integrate existing systems

• Identify, analyze, and fix software errors to ensure stable and performant operations

• Create and maintain technical documentation for operations, maintenance, and future enhancements

• Contribute to an agile development environment and continuously improve development processes and methods

• Participate in resource and project planning and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally as a software developer

• Solid practical experience developing with Python, VBA, and Bash scripting on Windows and Linux

• Knowledge of Java is a plus

• Experience in process automation, interface development, and system integration

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, plus high problem-solving and implementation skills

• High initiative, quality orientation, and responsibility

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
