Description

You will configure and customize NetSuite to support business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Procurement. The role includes developing SuiteScript, building workflows and transactional forms, and designing integrations with external systems using RESTlets and SuiteTalk SOAP/REST APIs. You will also manage reporting and dashboards, support data migrations, document solutions, and provide UAT and post-go-live hypercare/production incident support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and modify NetSuite for Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Procurement processes

• Develop SuiteScripts (1.0 and 2.x) for workflow, automation, and UI adjustments

• Create and maintain workflows in SuiteFlow and custom transactional forms

• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, 3PL) via RESTlets and SuiteTalk SOAP/REST APIs

• Maintain searches, reports, dashboards, and KPI views for business users

• Support data migration including historical data imports and cutover planning

• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Document NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integration designs

• Support UAT and hypercare after go-live; resolve production incidents

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with NetSuite development and administration

• SuiteScript 2.x proficiency; SuiteScript 1.0 is an advantage

• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules: General Ledger, AR/AP, Inventory, Order Management, and/or Manufacturing

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk Web Services, and RESTlets

• Experience with CSV imports, SuiteAnalytics, and advanced reporting

• Ability to integrate NetSuite with CRM and/or iPaaS platforms

• Experience with data migration/imports and cutover planning

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with Finance and Operations stakeholders
