Description

Maintain and enhance enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and WLAN to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity. Troubleshoot complex network issues, configure routing, switching, and wireless solutions, and support modernization initiatives and cybersecurity/network resilience work. Work with international teams and follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to deliver robust network services.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and WLAN

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and improve service reliability and performance

• Configure and enhance routing, switching, and wireless solutions in a global environment

• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement projects

• Collaborate with international teams, stakeholders, and technology partners

• Contribute to cybersecurity and network resilience initiatives

• Support network service delivery aligned with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments

• Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network fundamentals

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience for complex network issues

• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in a service-driven environment

• Familiarity with cybersecurity and network security best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF)

• Interest in cybersecurity and secure network design

• Consultative, proactive, customer-focused mindset; ability to translate technical solutions into business value

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders
