Description

You will co-create modern AI solutions using agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs to streamline software engineering processes. Responsibilities include designing and deploying agentic AI systems, building RAG architectures for organizational knowledge, and integrating AI models with enterprise applications and DevOps processes. You will also prototype, create Proof of Concept solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions

• Create and evolve RAG architectures to leverage organizational knowledge effectively

• Build AI agents supporting software development and maintenance processes

• Integrate AI models with applications, APIs, developer tools, and DevOps workflows

• Create prototypes, Proof of Concepts, and production-ready solutions

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and teams responsible for software quality

• Identify areas where AI can deliver real improvements and business value

Requirements

• Very strong Java knowledge and experience in commercial software development

• 1–2+ years of practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or advanced LLM-based automations

• Practical experience building agentic AI solutions

• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions

• Practical knowledge of LangChain4j

• Experience using Langfuse for monitoring, observability, and evaluation of AI applications

• Ability to integrate AI models with enterprise applications and systems

• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, code review, and automated tests

• Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and validate new solutions

• Knowledge of the MCP protocol
