Description

Manage and coordinate IT application support services for finance-related business applications, ensuring high service quality across incidents, problems, and corrective actions. You will be the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, coordinating with global technical teams, external vendors, and distributed locations while overseeing SLA and KPI performance. The role also supports compliance work, including audits and SOX-controlled environments, and drives continuous improvements in Service Management through governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate support services for business applications

• Collaborate with Finance business partners and technical teams

• Monitor service quality, incidents, problems, and corrective actions

• Ensure SLA delivery and track service efficiency KPIs

• Coordinate activities between distributed teams in different locations

• Manage communication and collaboration with external vendors

• Support compliance processes, audits, and SOX-controlled environments

• Prepare reports and participate in governance activities

• Identify and implement Service Management process improvements

• Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies between teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, or a similar position

• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management practices

• Current ITIL certification is a strong advantage

• Experience collaborating with multiple technical and business teams in large organizations

• Ability to build stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels

• Experience with finance application environments is a plus

• Knowledge of compliance, audits, or SOX environments is a plus

• Proactive, independent, results-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Very good English proficiency
