Description

You will take senior ownership of a TPRM transformation, leading delivery from mobilisation through implementation and adoption. Translate strategic objectives into a practical delivery plan, align technology and business stakeholders, and ensure measurable business outcomes through lightweight governance. Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into operational processes and adopted by users.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level objectives into an executable delivery plan and route to delivery

• Establish success criteria by a defined target date and work backwards

• Challenge assumptions and existing processes that slow delivery

• Bring together technology, TPRM/operations, risk, compliance, data, procurement, and business stakeholders around a common outcome

• Drive delivery across multiple teams without direct line management authority

• Make decisions with incomplete information

• Create lightweight governance that supports delivery

• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and resolve them

• Partner with technology and product teams to move from concept to usable capability

• Embed AI-enabled capabilities into operational processes and user adoption

• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and challenge unrealistic scope/timelines

• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and board-level governance where required

• Keep delivery focused on measurable business outcomes

• Build programme momentum with a “solve it and move” culture

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes in large organisations

• Track record of delivering large-scale change against challenging deadlines

• Experience operating with senior stakeholders, executives and/or Board-level governance

• Strong commercial and organisational judgement

• Ability to quickly understand a complex environment and identify what genuinely matters

• Experience working across technology and business teams

• Pragmatic approach to requirements, design and delivery

• Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively

• Experience managing ambiguity, competing priorities and changing requirements

• Ability to detect programme drift and intervene early

• Strong communication skills to reduce complex issues into clear decisions and actions

• Credibility to operate with both senior executives and detailed delivery teams
