• Project Focus: ServiceNow (previous ServiceNow-related project experience highly desirable)

Description

You will act as the client-side Project Coordinator and Project Owner to oversee the delivery of new ServiceNow functionalities, including business-critical dealer and customer product ordering processes. You will coordinate with an external implementation partner, collaborate closely with solution architects and stakeholders, and drive change management with clear communication across the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cooperation with the external implementation partner responsible for delivering new ServiceNow functionalities

• Oversee project implementations for business-critical features (dealer and customer product ordering processes)

• Collaborate with the client’s solution architects and other key stakeholders

• Drive change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across all project participants

• Coordinate the work of all project teams, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery

• Review and approve the external implementation team’s delivery budget

• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and executive summaries

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects with budgets ranging from EUR 500K to EUR 1M

• Proven experience working in Agile 2.0 and/or Scrum environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• High ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving

• Solid understanding of the distinction between business ownership and project coordination responsibilities

• Experience coordinating external vendors and cross-functional teams

• Previous experience in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects (strong advantage)
