Description

Design, configure, and develop a solution based on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to support a Business Continuity Management System aligned with ISO 22301. The solution will include document management, BIA (business impact analysis), a register of critical processes, continuity plans, and test management with reporting. You will implement SharePoint/Microsoft 365 capabilities and automate business processes using Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the SharePoint / Microsoft 365 solution according to business requirements and the agreed architecture

• Configure SharePoint sites, document repositories, forms, and registers

• Create and configure workflow processes

• Implement document versioning and access control mechanisms

• Automate business processes using Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform

• Integrate Microsoft 365 services used in business processes

• Set up mechanisms for generating reports and executive dashboards

• Support testing, fix discovered issues, and participate in solution deployment

Requirements

• Very good Polish proficiency (spoken and written) — minimum C2

• Experience configuring and developing solutions based on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or equivalent technologies

• Practical experience building electronic forms, workflows, and business process automation

• Experience working with document repositories, including versioning and access control

• Experience implementing forms, registers, or document circulation processes

• Ability to create and configure reports, summaries, and executive dashboards

• Experience configuring or integrating Microsoft 365 services used in business processes

• At least one certificate or completed training confirming qualifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform
