Description

Design, configure, and develop business solutions based on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. You will create electronic forms and document-circulation workflows, integrate Microsoft 365 services, and build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
• Create electronic forms, registers, and document circulation processes
• Implement and optimize workflows and business process automations with Power Automate
• Build and develop document repositories with versioning, access control, and information management
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services to ensure data flow between solutions
• Create reports, listings, and dashboards for monitoring processes and business decisions
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into system functionalities
• Support rollout and further development of solutions for ISO 22301 business continuity management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing, configuring, or developing solutions based on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or equivalent technologies
• Practical experience creating electronic forms, workflows, and business process automation
• Knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience building or developing document repositories using versioning and permissions management
• Experience participating in projects implementing electronic forms, registers, or document circulation
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or reporting summaries supporting business processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Knowledge of integration topics for Microsoft 365 services
• Very good command of Polish (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 certification or training related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or Power Platform (or equivalent), e.g. Power Platform App Maker Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, SharePoint Online training, Power Apps training, Power Automate training
