Description

You will design and build custom CRM applications, extensions, and automations on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role includes integrating internal IT systems through REST APIs/events and developing CRM user interfaces with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and PCF controls. You will maintain high quality through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization while collaborating with CRM technical leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop complex applications and extensions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Implement tailored CRM extensions and automations with clean architecture, maintainable code, and high quality standards
• Integrate internal IT systems using REST APIs, events, and Microsoft standard technologies
• Develop CRM UI components with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and PCF Controls
• Perform code reviews, testing, and performance optimizations
• Work with the CRM Technical Lead, Product Owner, and business teams; contribute to development guidelines and best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification; or an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• Multi-year practical experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, including complex CRM applications and integrations
• Strong C#/.NET skills; experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, relational databases, REST APIs, and modern integration technologies
• Azure, Power Automate, and PCF Controls knowledge is advantageous
• Very good German and English language skills
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style and clear technical communication
• Willingness to learn new topics independently, take ownership, and help build a modern CRM landscape
