Description

Join as a Low-Code Consultant to design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve business processes across Global IT. You will develop Power Apps, implement Power Automate workflows, and manage SharePoint Lists while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational standards. You’ll support rollout and adoption through governance, documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Apps solutions

• Design, implement, and manage Power Automate workflows

• Manage and optimise SharePoint Lists and related data structures

• Support rollout and adoption of Power Apps across Global IT

• Establish and maintain governance processes, standards, and best practices

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions

• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and scope new functionality

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with standards

• Support knowledge transfer through clear documentation and process standardisation

Requirements

• Proven practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Experience designing and optimising SharePoint Lists and data structures in Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration points

• Ability to capture requirements, translate them into technical designs, and produce solution documentation

• Experience delivering user training and facilitating knowledge transfer

• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and lifecycle management

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
