Description

Write clear, concise, and compelling proposal content tailored to client needs and aligned with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams such as sales and business development to gather information and customize proposals for each client.

Maintain high quality by editing, running quality checks, and ensuring proposals are free of errors and inaccuracies—while also updating templates and proposal libraries to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English philology, communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Documented experience writing, editing, and managing proposals (preferred: 5+ years; lottery or related technology/software industry)

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong ability to detect and correct errors for detailed accuracy

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and relationship building

• Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and effective prioritization under competing deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information and communicating with clients
